This page contains programs written for MS QuickC. You may or may not get them to work with other compilers.

• mines.zip
  This program is a minesweeper game for MS-DOS. It is not complete.
  

• mandel.zip
  This is a Mandelbrot fractal image generator. It has some highly suspect graphics routines I wrote for VESA 1.2 graphics cards so that it can run in 800x600 pixels at 256 colours. It also requires a mouse driver with a VESA overlay. This program is incomplete.
  If you have trouble with this program try Fractint, or contact me as I have a 640x480, 16 colour VGA version which is much more reliable.

• rotate.zip
  This program rotates multi-colour, line drawings, and is supplied with an example data file of the MS Excel logo.
  

• snooker.zip
  This program uses a snooker table with 49 coloured, numbered balls, bouncing off the cushions and eventually into the six pockets to pick your six numbers for the UK National Lottery.
